Pavan Kakar has been promoted to Vice President – AI Data, B2B Intelligence & ESG at SunTec India, a significant milestone in his remarkable journey spanning over 23 years with the organization. In his new role, Pavan will lead the development of advanced AI-driven data solutions, strengthen the company’s B2B intelligence capabilities, and drive ESG-focused initiatives, all aimed at supporting SunTec India’s global growth and innovation strategy.
Before this elevation, Pavan served as Associate Vice President – International Sales from October 2019 to February 2026, where he was instrumental in expanding global client relationships, driving new business development, and fostering collaboration between delivery and technology teams. His leadership played a pivotal role in reinforcing the company’s global footprint and revenue growth.
Pavan’s career trajectory at SunTec India reflects a consistent progression through roles of increasing responsibility. He held the position of General Manager – Sales & Operations from April 2014 to October 2019, contributing significantly to business expansion and operational excellence. Prior to that, he served as Senior Manager – Sales & Operations from July 2009 to March 2014, where he drove process improvements and team performance.
Earlier in his career, Pavan gained valuable experience as Project Manager (July 2006 – June 2009) and Assistant Project Manager (July 2004 – June 2006), overseeing projects and ensuring successful delivery. He began his journey with SunTec India as Team Leader (July 2002 – June 2004), laying the foundation for a career marked by leadership, innovation, and business growth.
