Proof has appointed Pervez Soomar as Chief Revenue Officer, placing him in a key leadership position as the company intensifies its focus on scalable growth and broader market expansion. Based in Austin, Texas, he is responsible for leading Proof’s global revenue strategy, with oversight of sales performance, go-to-market execution, and customer growth initiatives designed to support increased enterprise adoption and the company’s next stage of development.
In this role, Pervez oversees the alignment of commercial strategy with execution across regions, ensuring revenue operations scale effectively as Proof expands its market presence. His appointment reflects continuity within the organisation, building on his prior leadership roles and deep familiarity with Proof’s commercial engine.
Before assuming the Chief Revenue Officer position in January 2026, Pervez served as Vice President of Revenue from March 2025 to February 2026, where he played a central role in strengthening revenue operations and advancing go-to-market strategy. Earlier, he held the role of Vice President of Sales from September 2024 to March 2025, contributing to the development of high-performing sales teams and disciplined execution across customer segments.
Pervez brings more than a decade of experience spanning technology, fintech, and AI-driven platforms, with a career focused on building and scaling revenue organisations in high-growth environments. Prior to joining Proof, he spent over seven years at Andela, progressing through a series of senior sales leadership roles that supported the company’s global expansion and commercial maturity.
Earlier in his career, Pervez held the position of Head of Sales at BuildZoom from January 2016 to July 2017, where he led sales strategy during a period of platform growth and innovation focused on using AI to build the home and cities of tomorrow. He also held investment sales roles at BOK Financial and Morgan Stanley, adding financial services experience and capital markets exposure to his commercial background.
Beyond his operating roles, Pervez remains actively engaged in the broader growth and leadership community. He is a Co-Creator of The Growth Table, a role he has held since June 2024, and is the host of the Pushin’ Peak Podcast, where he explores themes around growth, leadership, and innovation. These activities reflect his continued commitment to sharing insights and shaping conversations within the technology and business ecosystem.
