Prior to joining Fenesta, she held key leadership positions at the Schindler Group, where she notably served as Managing Director and Business Head of Schindler Lifts NZ Ltd. Her tenure at Schindler was marked by strong performance in managing cross-border operations and driving organizational transformation.
Earlier in her career, Pooja was associated with the Aditya Birla Group, where she held several influential roles. These included Category Director, Head of Young Talent Management at Aditya Birla Management Corporation Pvt Ltd, and Head of Key Accounts at Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management. Across these roles, she successfully led initiatives in talent development, sales strategy, and account management, building a strong foundation in business leadership and growth enablement.
