In her new position, she will contribute to the firm’s investment banking and M&A advisory initiatives, supporting strategic transactions and delivering value-driven financial solutions across technology and services sectors.
TH Global Capital is recognized globally for its expertise in buy-side and sell-side transactions, strengthening its position as a trusted advisory partner through deep domain knowledge and global market insights.
Prior to this elevation, Pillay was associated with TH Global Capital as Associate Vice President, contributing to advisory engagements and transaction execution.
Before joining the firm, she spent nearly a decade at KPMG India, where she advised clients on strategic consulting, transactions, and financial transformation, building strong capabilities in executive communication and deal advisory.
Her earlier experience includes roles at SG Analytics and Nirmal Bang, where she developed a strong foundation in financial research, client advisory, and market analysis.
She holds an MBA in Finance from Pune University, reflecting a solid academic grounding in financial strategy.
