Priyanka Agarwal has been appointed as Vice President – Group Finance Controller at CitiusTech, marking a key milestone in her finance leadership career. In her new position, she will be responsible for steering the group’s overall financial strategy, governance framework, compliance standards, and performance management systems, supporting the company’s sustained growth and operational excellence.
Before joining CitiusTech, Agarwal served as Group Financial Controller at Mastek Limited from February 2023 to February 2026 in Mumbai, Maharashtra. During her three-year tenure, she led core financial operations, oversaw reporting structures, and drove strategic financial planning initiatives across the organisation. Her role involved strengthening financial controls and enabling informed decision-making at the leadership level.
Prior to Mastek, she worked with Reliance Industries Limited in its media division as DGM Finance from June 2018 to February 2023. In this capacity, she handled responsibilities spanning accounts payable, cash flow management, and broader finance operations, gaining deep exposure to large-scale corporate finance environments.
Earlier in her career, Agarwal spent over eight years at Grant Thornton. She joined as an Assistant Manager in April 2010 and was elevated to Manager in April 2015, a role she held until May 2018. During this period in Mumbai, she built strong expertise in financial management, audit, and advisory services, laying a solid foundation for her subsequent leadership roles in industry.
With extensive experience across consulting and corporate finance functions, Agarwal brings a well-rounded perspective to her new assignment at CitiusTech. Her background in financial transformation, governance strengthening, and operational oversight positions her to play a central role in aligning financial performance with the company’s broader strategic objectives.
