
Purva Gera has taken on the role of Global Head of Talent Management – Business Services at Capgemini, marking a significant milestone in a career built across industry-leading organizations including Capgemini, Biconomy, WhiteHat Jr, Genpact, and her independent HR consulting practice. Known for her work in Web3, Banking and Capital Markets, AI, Edtech, Insurance, and Fintech, Purva brings deep expertise in building future-ready talent ecosystems, designing scalable people strategies, and driving culture transformation in high-growth environments. Her background includes developing global talent frameworks, leading remote-first HR transformation, and shaping leadership capability models to support business expansion across multiple geographies.
At Biconomy, she developed decentralized, community-led hiring systems and strengthened the company’s people operations by implementing ATS and HRIS platforms—efforts that supported its rapid growth in the Web3 ecosystem. She also introduced OKR-driven performance models to enhance accountability and alignment across teams. Prior to that, at WhiteHat Jr, she led large-scale culture transformation initiatives across six countries, helping unify teams and sharpen the organization’s leadership and performance philosophy during a period of intense global scaling.
Purva’s long and impactful tenure at Genpact further showcases her ability to build programs that strengthen enterprise capabilities. She played a key role in Learning, DEI, Talent, and Engagement initiatives for the Banking and Capital Markets business, contributing to global efforts such as the GENOME AI-powered reskilling program. Her work supported major global institutions including Westpac, NAB, Santander, Nationwide Building Society, TD, and Citi, enabling improvements in training effectiveness, leadership readiness, and cultural alignment across regions. These initiatives helped drive stronger employee engagement and more resilient talent pipelines at scale.
Her transition to Capgemini signals a continued focus on shaping the future of workforce development. Purva enters this new role with a mandate to build robust, global talent management practices, enhance leadership capability, and align people strategies with business priorities across Capgemini’s worldwide operations.
