Rachit Mishra Appointed Head – Brand & Digital Communications at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India

Rachit Mishra has been appointed as Head – Brand & Digital Communications at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India), where he will spearhead the organisation’s brand strategy, digital communications, and integrated messaging. In this capacity, Mishra will focus on strengthening the company’s brand positioning, building stakeholder trust, and creating consistent brand equity across multiple platforms.

“Taking on the role of Head – Brand & Digital Communications at AM/NS India is about more than visibility. It’s about how a company of this scale builds trust, signals intent, and creates brand equity consistently across channels and signature platforms, in a way that reflects AM/NS India’s ambition and direction,” Mishra said.
Mishra brings over a decade of experience spanning brand strategy, corporate communications, and narrative leadership across the industrial, logistics, automotive, and construction equipment sectors. Prior to joining AM/NS India, he served as Head – Brand Marketing & Communications at CJ Darcl Logistics Ltd., where he was responsible for enterprise narrative, brand positioning, and integrated communication strategies aligned with business growth objectives.

Earlier in his career, Mishra contributed to Ford Motor Company’s International Markets Group, supporting brand positioning, revenue and yield management, and go-to-market strategy across global markets. He also held senior brand and communications roles at CNH, leading regional and market-level communications across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, India, and SAARC markets.
Throughout his career, Mishra’s work has encompassed integrated brand strategy, leadership communications, digital and content-led engagement, product launches, and stakeholder communications, with a strong emphasis on alignment between business strategy and brand narrative.

In his new role, he will guide AM/NS India’s efforts to reinforce brand trust, articulate strategic intent, and deliver a cohesive communications approach that resonates across industries, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
