With over 22 years at Accenture, Raghavendra has been a driving force behind the company’s global marketing and communications initiatives, helping shape its reputation as a leader in digital transformation and innovation.
Throughout his tenure, he has held several key leadership roles, including Managing Director, Marketing + Communications Lead for Accenture Operations and Centers, and Managing Director, Marketing and Communications for Accenture. In these roles, he led transformative programs that enhanced Accenture’s market visibility, client engagement, and brand consistency across regions and industries.
Prior to his long-standing career at Accenture, Raghavendra gained rich experience in communications and public relations through leadership roles at Deutsche Bank Software (Deutsche Bank Group), IPAN (a Hill & Knowlton associate), and Weber Shandwick, in addition to consulting with Corporate Image and Public Relations. His broad exposure across global organizations and sectors has shaped his expertise in brand strategy, stakeholder management, and enterprise storytelling.
In his elevated role, Raghavendra will lead Accenture’s global analyst relations and Network of Centers marketing and communications strategy, fostering stronger partnerships with analysts, clients, and ecosystem collaborators. His focus will be on deepening brand impact, driving innovation narratives, and ensuring strategic alignment across the firm’s global operations.
