Perficient has appointed Rajesh Mehta as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Based in New York, Rajesh brings with him over 25 years of global experience in finance leadership, business transformation, and mergers & acquisitions within the IT services and consulting industry.
In this strategic role, Mehta will lead Perficient’s global financial operations, drawing on decades of experience managing large-scale financial strategies across diverse geographies. His appointment signals Perficient’s intent to further accelerate growth and strengthen its financial foundation in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Before joining Perficient, Rajesh held several senior finance leadership positions at Wipro, one of the world’s leading IT firms. He most recently served as Vice President and CFO – Technology Services, and previously as CFO – Enterprise Futuring and CFO – iCORE. Throughout his tenure, he managed the financial strategy for Wipro’s next-gen service lines including digital, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and infrastructure services, supporting operations in over 50 global markets.
Prior to Wipro, Mehta spent nearly 20 years at Capgemini, where he progressed through numerous key leadership roles. He ultimately served as Vice President & COO for Manufacturing, Automotive, and Life Sciences in North America, as well as CFO – North America. His responsibilities also included overseeing strategic M&A initiatives and driving financial leadership across both U.S. and European operations.
Rajesh is a Chartered Accountant, certified by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He began his professional journey with early roles in audit and taxation at Shaparia & Mehta and Aneja Associates, laying a strong foundation for his extensive global career.
With his deep financial acumen and a proven track record in managing complex, multinational finance organizations, Rajesh Mehta is expected to play a critical role in Perficient’s continued expansion and operational excellence. His leadership will be vital as the company continues to scale its consulting and digital transformation services globally.
