RevRag.AI Acquires GenStaq.ai to Strengthen GenAI Infrastructure and Enterprise Capabilities

Bengaluru-based RevRag.AI has acquired GenStaq.ai, a generative AI infrastructure startup, in a strategic move to consolidate control over the AI stack—from application-layer agents to foundational infrastructure. Founded in 2024, GenStaq had developed a modular LLMOps and workflow orchestration platform featuring RAG pipelines, session-based APIs, and vector infrastructure, providing enterprises with scalable and flexible AI operations.

“The future of GenAI belongs to those who control more than just the application layer,” said Ashutosh, founder and CEO of RevRag.AI, at GFF and IIA Annual. “By integrating GenStaq’s infra capabilities, RevRag.AI is now equipped to deliver more secure, scalable, and customizable AI systems to enterprises.”

For Mayan Kansal, co-founder and CEO of GenStaq, the acquisition was a natural progression, given RevRag.AI was already a client. “Infra alone doesn’t scale without distribution. RevRag.AI had cracked the GTM motion in GenAI—we had cracked the infra,” he explained. Kansal, along with co-founder Shivam K., will join RevRag.AI’s product and engineering leadership team, bringing their technical expertise to enhance enterprise offerings.

Prior to the acquisition, GenStaq had garnered early traction with backing from Faad Capital, demonstrating the demand for robust AI infrastructure solutions. RevRag.AI, which raised $600K in pre-seed funding last August from investors including Kunal Shah (CRED) and 6sense co-founders Viral Bajaria and Premal Shah, is now focused on scaling its partnerships, developing agentic AI workflows, and expanding its footprint in the generative AI ecosystem.

With the integration of GenStaq, RevRag.AI is poised to target its first $1M in Indian revenue, with strategic plans to scale to $5M–$10M across India and the US. By combining application-layer intelligence with foundational infrastructure, the company aims to provide enterprises with end-to-end generative AI solutions that are not only scalable but also secure and highly customizable, strengthening its position in the rapidly evolving AI market.

This acquisition underscores RevRag.AI’s ambition to control the full spectrum of AI delivery and accelerate enterprise adoption of generative AI technologies across sectors.
