Chennai-based SaaS startup Rocketlane has raised $60 million in a Series C funding round led by Insight Partners, as it accelerates its push into AI-driven professional services automation. The development, reported in March 2026, brings the company’s total funding to $105 million and highlights strong investor confidence in AI-led enterprise software solutions.
The funding comes at a time when enterprises are shifting from experimenting with artificial intelligence to deploying it for measurable business outcomes. Rocketlane operates in the professional services automation (PSA) space, helping companies manage customer onboarding, project delivery, and collaboration through a unified platform.
A major focus of the new capital will be the expansion of Rocketlane’s recently launched AI platform, Nitro. This agentic execution system is designed to go beyond traditional project tracking by enabling AI agents to perform tasks such as data migration, documentation, configuration, and testing, significantly improving efficiency, and reducing manual effort.
The company also plans to invest in research and development, strengthen enterprise go-to-market strategies, and expand its global footprint. Rocketlane has already established offices in London, New York, and San Francisco, reflecting its ambition to scale internationally and target larger enterprise clients.
Founded in 2020 by Srikrishnan Ganesan, Vignesh Girishankar, and Deepak Bala, Rocketlane has experienced rapid growth, with revenue more than doubling over the past year and average deal size increasing 4.5 times since 2023. The company currently serves over 750 customers globally, including firms like Intercom, Notion, and Glean.
The funding round reflects a broader trend in the SaaS industry, where companies are increasingly embedding AI into core workflows to deliver outcomes rather than just tools. As enterprises demand higher productivity without proportional increases in headcount, platforms like Rocketlane are positioning themselves at the centre of this transformation.
