Rohit’s career spans multiple sectors, including healthcare, technology, and global services. Prior to joining QX Global Group, he served as Group Vice President – Human Resources at Health Prime, where he successfully led HR transformation programs and EBITDA initiatives. He also held key leadership roles at R1 RCM and UnitedHealth Group, driving HR strategy, talent management, and organizational change across diverse teams and geographies.
Early in his career, Rohit gained valuable experience in HR operations, compensation planning, and global HR practices through roles at Siemens Solutions and Services, Amicorp Group, Oracle, and Modlingua. This broad foundation equips him with a multi-sector perspective, enabling him to implement best-in-class HR practices and scalable frameworks for QX Global Group.
