
Ruchi Kulhari has been appointed Executive Vice President – Enterprise Strategy & Execution at Persistent Systems, a newly created role aimed at strengthening enterprise-wide execution and strategic alignment.
In her new position, she will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive key enterprise priorities, operating at the intersection of strategy and delivery. Her mandate includes translating long-term business strategy into measurable initiatives, enhancing governance frameworks, improving execution cadence, and ensuring accountability across the organisation.
She will also lead cross-functional initiatives, including AI-led transformation programs and efforts tied to the company’s evolving operating model, as Persistent Systems continues to scale its global operations and deepen its focus on AI-led and platform-driven services.
Ruchi brings over two decades of global leadership experience spanning enterprise transformation, organisational strategy, and human resources. Prior to this, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Unisys.
Earlier, she was Chief People Officer at Coforge, where she also held leadership roles including Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President – Human Resources, playing a key role in driving talent transformation and organisational growth.
She has also worked as a Global HR Business Partner at EXL and spent over a decade at Infosys, building deep expertise in global HR strategy, leadership development, and large-scale organisational transformation.
Her appointment underscores Persistent Systems’ continued focus on strengthening execution capabilities and aligning strategy with outcomes as it accelerates growth in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
