In this newly elevated global role, Ruchira will lead the firm’s efforts to integrate artificial intelligence and data-driven design with advanced BIM practices to optimize real-time decision-making and delivery.
Ruchira brings over 15 years of rich experience across architecture, virtual design and construction (VDC), and complex project delivery. She previously served as Associate Director and Head of VDC India at M Moser, where she oversaw international delivery for high-performance workplace solutions and played a pivotal role in advancing digital workflows.
Her professional journey includes senior leadership positions at FivD, HKS, Inc., and AECOM, where she was instrumental in executing several high-profile projects across geographies including the US, UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Known for driving strategic BIM adoption and digital excellence, Ruchira has consistently bridged design intelligence with cutting-edge coordination techniques, improving efficiency across global project teams.
An alumna of IIT Roorkee and a PMP®-certified professional, she now takes charge of leading M Moser’s global AIBIM strategy, which aims to integrate architecture, data science, and AI. The firm envisions this convergence as a key to advancing sustainability, operational performance, and intelligent building design across its diverse portfolio.
