Samar Srivastava Joins Dixon Technologies as Vice President – HRD & Administration
Dixon Technologies India Limited has announced the appointment of Samar Srivastava as its new Vice President – HRD & Administration, marking a significant addition to its leadership team at a time of rapid expansion. With close to 40 years of cross-industry experience, Samar brings extensive expertise in strategic human resources, industrial relations, and organizational development to the role.

In his new position, Samar will lead Dixon’s HR and administrative strategies, supporting the company’s continued growth in the consumer electronics and electronic manufacturing services (EMS) space. His focus will include strengthening talent management systems, driving employee engagement, and enhancing people capabilities to align with Dixon’s future-ready aspirations.

Prior to joining Dixon Technologies, Samar held the role of Vice President – Human Resources at Havells India Ltd, where he was instrumental in building strong HR frameworks and championing cultural transformation. His leadership career spans some of the most respected organizations in India, including Chief People Officer at Huhtamaki PPL, Senior Vice President at Jet Airways, and HR leadership roles at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, Tata Group Ryerson, and Tata Steel.

Throughout his career, Samar has been known for designing and executing large-scale talent development initiatives, leading performance improvement programs, and navigating complex industrial relations landscapes. His ability to integrate people strategy with business objectives has consistently helped organizations evolve into high-performance workplaces.

At Dixon Technologies, his leadership is expected to play a key role in strengthening HR practices and governance across the company’s expanding operations, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and employee-centricity.
