Senco Gold and Diamonds has appointed Samrat Banerjee as its new Head of Talent Acquisition. With extensive experience across multiple industries including Manufacturing, BFSI, FMCD, and Retail, Samrat brings a wealth of expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, and digital HR transformation. His background in HR operations, employee engagement, and leadership development positions him as a crucial asset in shaping the strategic talent landscape at Senco Gold and Diamonds.
Prior to joining Senco, Samrat held key roles at prominent organizations such as Merino Group of Industries, where he served as Regional Human Resources Manager for the eastern region. His career also includes roles as Talent Acquisition Partner at OYO, Regional HR at Videocon Telecommunications Ltd, and HR responsibilities for West Bengal and Orissa at IndusInd Bank’s Consumer Finance Division. Throughout his career, Samrat has been a driving force behind workforce planning, attrition control, change management, and diversity inclusion, all of which are pivotal in establishing a strong HR framework in his new role at Senco Gold and Diamonds.
