Godrej Properties Limited has announced the appointment of Sandeep Navlakhe as Chief Operating Officer – Pan India, a move that underscores the company’s focus on strengthening operational leadership as it scales across the country.
Bringing over three decades of experience in executing large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects, Navlakhe has held leadership roles at some of India’s top firms, including Adani Airport Holdings Ltd, Tata Projects, Lodha Group, and Larsen & Toubro. His expertise spans a wide portfolio of developments—from complex airport infrastructure to premium residential and commercial assets.
Before joining Godrej Properties, Navlakhe served as Executive Vice President & Business Unit Head (Buildings, Factories & Airports) at Tata Projects, where he led landmark assignments with a sharp focus on timely delivery, operational efficiency, and sustainable design.
His prior stints include:
- Vice President at Lodha Group
- Chief Project Officer (CPO) at Adani Airport Holdings Ltd
- Project Manager at Larsen & Toubro, where he spent the longest phase of his professional career
