Before his tenure at Xoriant, Raje spent over nine years at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Senior Manager, where he sharpened his skills in managing delivery operations and strengthening client engagement. His earlier professional journey included roles at Capgemini, Zensar Technologies, BMC India Pvt. Ltd. and Cybage Software — exposure that provided him with a broad foundation in systems analysis, consulting and product development.
Throughout his career, Raje has demonstrated consistent leadership in managing large-scale delivery portfolios and spearheading operational excellence across organizations. His experience across Xoriant, Cognizant, Capgemini, Zensar, BMC and Cybage provides him with a comprehensive understanding of customer-centric delivery and scalable transformation programs.
