Trellix has welcomed Sanket Karode as its new Marketing Manager for the India and SAARC region, marking a strategic move to strengthen its foothold in the cybersecurity landscape across South Asia. Karode brings with him over ten years of experience in regional marketing, demand generation, and integrated campaign execution, specifically within the cybersecurity and technology sectors.
Before joining Trellix, he was associated with Skybox Security, where he managed regional marketing for India and took on a global role in account-based marketing. He also led marketing efforts for the West APAC region. In his previous roles at Information Security Media Group (ISMG), UBM India, and Media Research Group, Karode was instrumental in driving brand visibility, executing major summits, and leading targeted campaigns that contributed to measurable business growth.
At Trellix, Karode is set to lead marketing strategy and execution across India and SAARC, with a focus on aligning regional marketing efforts with sales objectives. His responsibilities include orchestrating multi-channel campaigns spanning email marketing, social media, paid media, content creation, and event marketing to boost brand engagement and lead generation.
Karode’s appointment comes as Trellix continues to expand its operations and customer reach in the region, particularly targeting regulated sectors. His in-depth understanding of the India and APAC markets, combined with a strong track record in performance-driven marketing, is expected to play a critical role in enhancing Trellix’s market impact and growth trajectory.
