Saurav Singhania has been elevated to Senior Director at Integreon, where he will lead innovation, automation, and transformation initiatives across the organization. In this role, he is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing scalability, and delivering high-quality, technology-enabled services.
Saurav has been associated with Integreon for nearly 15 years, steadily progressing through multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Director – i-Lab (Innovation, Automation, Transformation, Excellence), where he played a key role in advancing automation-led transformation initiatives. Prior to that, he held positions including Director of Operations, Senior Manager, Manager – F&A Operations, Assistant Manager, and Team Lead – Accounts Payable, building deep expertise across finance and operations functions.
Throughout his tenure, he has consistently driven process improvement, implemented automation strategies, and strengthened service delivery frameworks, contributing to the organization’s growth and operational efficiency.
Before joining Integreon, Saurav gained valuable experience at WNS and GE Money Bank, where he developed strong capabilities in financial services operations and client management.
He is widely recognized for his expertise in process excellence, robotic process automation (RPA), operations management, and business transformation. His skill set also spans financial and accounting (F&A) operations, KYC, due diligence, MIS, and client servicing, enabling him to deliver scalable and efficient solutions in complex business environments.
With this elevation, Saurav brings a combination of deep domain expertise, leadership experience, and innovation-driven thinking to further strengthen Integreon’s capabilities in automation and transformation. His role is expected to accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies while enhancing operational performance and client outcomes.
