Maria Myloth has been elevated to Chief Financial Officer & Whole-Time Director at Schneider Electric President Systems Limited and its Secure Power India business, marking a significant milestone in her career spanning over two decades in finance and business transformation.
In her expanded role, she will lead financial strategy, governance, and business transformation initiatives, supporting Schneider Electric’s growth agenda in India while strengthening its position in energy technology and digital innovation.
Maria has been associated with Schneider Electric for over 13 years, during which she has held several key leadership roles across finance and technology functions. Most recently, she served as Director – Finance Business Partner, working closely with the Global CTO organization to manage technology investments and contribute to future-ready finance performance transformation initiatives.
Earlier, she played a critical role as Finance Business Partner for Innovation and Technology, partnering with global leadership to provide financial insights for emerging technology initiatives within the Energy Management business. Her work focused on enabling innovation-led growth through strategic decision support.
As FP&A Head for a division, she led global financial planning and analysis, overseeing forecasting, performance reviews, and finance transformation initiatives across regions including North America, Europe, and Asia. She also contributed to strengthening financial governance frameworks and performance measurement systems.
Her experience further includes serving as Finance Controller for Schneider Electric’s India R&D Center—its largest R&D hub—where she managed complex financial operations such as transfer pricing, taxation, and compliance while supporting a large global engineering workforce.
Prior to joining Schneider Electric, Maria held roles at EXL Services and SOUKYA Holistic Health Centre International, building strong expertise in internal audit, compliance, and financial control. She also began her career with roles in accounting and financial management, establishing a solid foundation in finance leadership.
With deep expertise in FP&A, financial control, and strategic investment partnering, Maria Myloth brings a strong combination of operational excellence and strategic insight. Her elevation is expected to further support Schneider Electric’s transformation journey and long-term growth in India.
