ShellKode has announced the appointment of Madhusudhan Narayan as its new Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), a move aimed at strengthening the company’s leadership team and driving its global growth ambitions. Bringing over two decades of leadership expertise, Narayan has a proven record of enabling technology-driven transformation and scaling operations across multinational enterprises.
Prior to joining ShellKode, Narayan held senior leadership roles at some of the most respected organizations in the technology and financial services sectors. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President at Kloud9 LLC and earlier as Vice President at Intertec Systems, where he was instrumental in strengthening their product and services portfolios. His tenure at FIS Global marked a significant phase of his career, where he not only led digital banking initiatives for the Indian market but also spearheaded the creation of FIS’ Software Delivery Organization in the Philippines, expanding the company’s global delivery footprint.
