Shiv Tripathi has been appointed as Director at Protiviti India Member Firm, taking on a leadership role focused on technology and cyber risk. In this position, he will lead SOX, ITGC, Cyber & Technology Risk, and Cloud Security Assessment programs, supporting organizations in strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing cyber resilience, and improving cloud control maturity.
His responsibilities also include delivering clear and actionable insights to senior leadership and advancing enterprise-wide technology risk frameworks.
Prior to this appointment, Shiv served as Associate Director at CIRCOR International, Inc. He also brings experience from Deloitte, where he worked as an IT SOX, Cyber Security, and Cloud Security specialist. Earlier in his career, he was associated with PwC India in IT Risk Consulting and with Tata Consultancy Services as a Security Analyst and Intern, developing strong capabilities across IT audit, cybersecurity, and risk management.
