Shivraj Sabale has been appointed Chief Operating Officer at Xoriant, marking a major milestone in his professional journey. Known for his deep industry insight and leadership acumen, Shivraj will now play a pivotal role in steering Xoriant’s global operations and scaling its delivery excellence. At the same time, he continues to actively support the local tech community as President of SEAP Pune, a key industry body driving innovation in the region.

Before joining Xoriant, Shivraj held several senior leadership roles at Globant, where he served as APAC Head, Tech Partner, and Technical Director & Site Manager. In these roles, he was instrumental in scaling operations, driving growth across Asia, and strengthening Globant’s regional presence. His earlier stints at Clarice Technologies and GS Lab saw him managing complex product development initiatives, engineering teams, and automation programs, further solidifying his credentials as a technology and operations leader.
Shivraj’s leadership is backed by an impressive academic background, having completed executive education programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, IIM Ahmedabad, and La Trobe University. This blend of global academic exposure and industry experience enables him to bring a well-rounded strategic and operational perspective to every role he takes on.
As COO at Xoriant, Shivraj is expected to play a key role in strengthening the company’s delivery capabilities, driving digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing operational efficiency.
