His strategic leadership also extended to governance roles, having served as a Board Member at Butler Aerospace & Defense and ASAP Gruppe, further strengthening his global industry perspective.
Prior to his tenure at HCLTech, Satapathy held several senior roles that shaped his expertise across business operations and customer engagement. These included serving as AVP & Head at HCLTech America, Senior Account Manager at Wipro Infotech Ltd, and Branch Service Executive at Whirlpool Corporation. This diverse experience across leading technology and manufacturing organizations has given him a unique ability to align business strategy with innovation and execution.
