Accordion India has appointed Soumya C. as Senior Director – Human Resources, adding a seasoned HR leader to its leadership team as the company continues to strengthen its people strategy and organizational capabilities. In her new role, Soumya will lead the HR function with a focus on talent strategy, leadership development, and building a high-performance, people-centric culture across the organization.
She will work closely with business leaders to support organizational growth, enhance employee engagement, and drive HR transformation initiatives aligned with the company’s evolving business needs.
Soumya brings more than a decade of experience across technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and IT services. Prior to joining Accordion India, she served as Head of Human Resources at Intense Technologies Limited, where she led HR operations and people initiatives. Her earlier roles include key HR leadership positions at Hyundai MOBIS, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Tata Consultancy Services, where she was involved in managing large-scale talent programs, service delivery functions, and complex stakeholder environments.
Across her career, Soumya has developed strong expertise in HR leadership, workforce planning, talent engagement, and organizational development. Her appointment is expected to further strengthen Accordion India’s focus on building a scalable, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
