Prior to joining Aster DM Healthcare, Subudhi served as COO at MGM Healthcare, Chennai, where he successfully managed the P&L for the flagship hospital. He has also held key leadership positions including Regional Business Head and Vice President – South at RED Health (formerly StanPlus), as well as Facility Director and Unit Head at Fortis Healthcare, Bengaluru. His extensive career spans top healthcare institutions, including Manipal Hospitals (MHEPL), Apollo Hospitals Ahmedabad and Bhubaneswar, and Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi, where he honed his expertise in hospital operations, patient care, and service excellence.
Subudhi began his career at Bhatia Hospital, Tardeo, Mumbai, gradually advancing through pivotal roles in operations and business strategy across renowned healthcare organizations. His professional journey demonstrates a solid foundation in hospital management, P&L oversight, and operational leadership, positioning him as a seasoned executive capable of steering large healthcare operations with efficiency and a patient-first approach.
With his appointment, Aster DM Healthcare aims to strengthen operational processes, improve service delivery, and enhance patient experiences across its network.
