Sriram Subramanya, a seasoned entrepreneur and the Founder, Managing Director & CEO of Integra Software Services, has been appointed as the Chairman of the CII Southern Region Startup and Innovation Taskforce by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). His new role marks a continued commitment to fostering innovation, policy advocacy, and startup development across the southern region of India.
With over 30 years of leadership experience, Sriram brings a wealth of industry knowledge and entrepreneurial insight to the taskforce. He has played a vital role in shaping India’s startup and innovation ecosystem through various influential positions, including President of TiE Chennai, Trustee at Nasscom Foundation, Executive Council Member at Nasscom, and Chairman of the CII Pondicherry State Council.

As a first-generation entrepreneur, Sriram has led Integra Software Services for over 27 years, transforming it into a globally recognized player in content and digital solutions. Alongside his corporate journey, he has also been a passionate advocate for education and community upliftment.
Currently, he serves as the Managing Trustee of Hindu Higher Secondary School, Managing Trustee of the Sriram Charitable Trust, and a Senate Member at Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University (TNMGRMU). He has also previously contributed as a Trustee at Sri Ramakrishna Tapovanam, reflecting his long-standing commitment to societal progress.
With the global content and technology landscape evolving rapidly, Sriram’s appointment signals a focused effort to support startups and innovators in navigating emerging opportunities.
