Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced the appointment of Srishti Sethi as the Group Chief Risk Officer (GCRO), effective June 12, 2025. Along with this key leadership role, she will also be designated as a Senior Management Personnel for a period of five years.
Sethi brings more than three decades of experience across enterprise risk, credit risk, banking, and wealth management. She has previously held senior positions at Hero FinCorp, IDFC FIRST Bank, and GE Capital, earning recognition for her strategic approach to risk leadership and transformation.
Academically, she holds a degree in Mathematical Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR), Delhi, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IMS Ghaziabad. In addition, she holds globally recognized certifications including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC).
Her appointment is expected to further strengthen Kotak Mahindra Bank’s risk governance and strategic oversight frameworks.
