Stanza Living has appointed Nitesh Mittal as Deputy Chief Financial Officer, reinforcing its finance leadership as the company continues to scale within the managed living ecosystem. Based in Gurugram, Nitesh will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, strengthening investor reporting and relations, enhancing governance frameworks, and supporting capital planning initiatives aimed at long-term, sustainable growth.
In his new position, Nitesh will work closely with the leadership team to ensure financial discipline, improve transparency, and drive value creation as the organisation expands its operations and market footprint.
Prior to this appointment, Nitesh served as Head of Finance at ApnaKlub, where he was responsible for overseeing core finance functions and supporting business growth through structured financial planning and governance. Earlier, he spent several years at Stanza Living in a series of progressively senior roles, including Vice President – Finance, AVP – Finance, and Finance Controller. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in financial planning, business strategy formulation, and operational scaling across multiple phases of the company’s growth.
Nitesh’s professional background also includes experience with leading professional services firms. He has worked with KPMG India, ASA & Associates LLP, and Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, gaining deep exposure to statutory audits, compliance, financial controls, and enterprise finance transformation initiatives. This foundation has contributed to his broad expertise across strategic finance, governance, and risk management.
With this appointment, Stanza Living adds an experienced finance leader with a strong understanding of both high-growth operations and institutional finance practices. Nitesh’s blend of operational insight and advisory experience is expected to support the company’s efforts to strengthen financial governance, enhance investor engagement, and build a scalable finance function aligned with its long-term growth objectives.
