Subhabrata Ghosh has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer at Tata AutoComp Gotion Green Energy Solutions, marking a strategic leadership addition as the company scales its presence in the electric mobility ecosystem.
In his new role, he will oversee operations, drive strategic growth, and strengthen capabilities in lithium-ion battery manufacturing and electric mobility solutions across domestic and global markets.
With over two decades of experience, Ghosh brings deep expertise in operations, manufacturing, and business leadership. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer and President at Geon, where he led P&L management, plant operations, and large-scale initiatives in electric vehicles and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
Earlier, he held the position of Plant Business Head at Meritor, managing profit centre operations, cost optimization, and manufacturing excellence.
His career also includes leadership roles at Singapore Electric Vehicles and Tata Motors, where he built strong capabilities in lean manufacturing, greenfield project execution, and the evolving electric vehicle ecosystem.
With a proven track record in scaling operations and driving transformation, Subhabrata Ghosh is well positioned to support Tata AutoComp Gotion Green Energy Solutions in accelerating growth and advancing its role in the global clean energy transition.
