Bengaluru-based enterprise AI company RVAI Global has acquihired TYNYBAY, a specialist in agentic AI systems and workforce automation, to develop a next-generation AI and agentic services platform. The move merges RVAI Global’s enterprise AI consulting and talent solutions with TYNYBAY’s expertise in autonomous workforce solutions and process orchestration, aiming to help enterprises transition from isolated AI tools to fully integrated ecosystems that deliver tangible business value.
