Her professional journey includes leadership positions at Axiata Digital Labs, N-able Private Limited, and HEMAS Holdings PLC, where she led critical initiatives in strategic finance, ERP implementation, treasury operations, and cross-border financial governance.
During her tenure at Axiata, Sumali was credited with executing performance-driven financial strategies that significantly improved profitability, enhanced cost efficiency, and modernized financial systems through the adoption of digital tools.
In her new role at Sumathi Holdings, Sumali is expected to lead the Group’s financial transformation, reinforce fiscal discipline, and support the organization’s long-term vision through innovation and sound financial stewardship.
