Supreeth R has been appointed Chief Executive Officer for Mahindra & Mahindra operations at Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited (AMPL). In this role, he will be responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, strengthening dealer networks, and driving overall sales performance for Mahindra operations within the organization.
With nearly two decades of experience in the automotive sector, Supreeth brings deep expertise in sales leadership, market expansion, and dealership management. His appointment is expected to support AMPL’s efforts to enhance its presence and performance in the competitive automotive landscape.
Prior to this role, Supreeth was associated with Kia India as Zonal Sales Manager, where he led regional sales initiatives and contributed to the brand’s expansion across key markets in India.
Earlier in his career, he spent more than eight years with Mahindra & Mahindra, holding leadership positions such as Deputy Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager. During this period, he played a key role in driving sales development and expanding dealer networks, gaining strong familiarity with the Mahindra ecosystem.
He has also held roles at Tata Motors, Escorts Kubota Limited, and International Tractors Limited. Across these organizations, he developed a solid foundation in automotive sales operations, dealer relationship management, and market development.
With a well-rounded background spanning multiple leading automotive companies, Supreeth’s appointment is aligned with AMPL’s focus on strengthening leadership and accelerating growth for its Mahindra business operations.
