Sutlej Textiles and Industries Ltd. has appointed Sachin Karwa as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With over 25 years of experience in financial strategy, governance, and transformation, Sachin brings deep expertise from both Indian and global organizations to his new role.
Before joining Sutlej Textiles, he served as CFO at Apcotex Industries Limited, where he spearheaded initiatives across budgeting, investor relations, system enhancement, mergers and acquisitions, and fundraising. His earlier stints include leadership roles at Mafatlal Industries Limited and Sherwin-Williams, where he was instrumental in key initiatives such as post-BIFR restructuring, SAP implementation, and aligning financial practices with global standards following acquisitions.
Sachin began his professional journey with Deloitte, gaining foundational experience in audit and consulting. A Chartered Accountant and INSEAD alumnus, he is recognized for his ability to lead financial transformation in complex and dynamic business environments.
His appointment signals Sutlej Textiles’ continued focus on long-term financial excellence and operational efficiency as the company prepares for its next phase of sustainable growth.
