Most recently, he served as Chief Technology Officer and EVP of R&D at Zscaler, where he drove transformative product innovation in cybersecurity and cloud solutions. Prior to that, he held key leadership roles at Salesforce, where he spearheaded product development for Marketing Cloud, Tableau, and Salesforce Data Cloud—advancing the company’s capabilities in analytics, data integration, and customer engagement.
Earlier in his career, Syam held senior roles at Microsoft, Bocada, and Citadel Inc., building deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, enterprise security, and software development.
