SymphonyAI has elevated Anmol Agrawal to Director of Data Science, where he will lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives for the enterprise AI company. In this role, he will focus on scaling predictive models and delivering AI-driven insights aimed at solving complex business challenges across multiple industry verticals.
Agrawal has been part of SymphonyAI since 2022 and has steadily progressed through leadership roles within the organisation. He joined the company as Data Science Manager and later moved into the role of Senior Manager, Data Science, before being elevated to Director of Data Science in February 2026. During his tenure, he has played a key role in strengthening the company’s analytics capabilities and driving the development of scalable AI and machine learning solutions.
Before joining SymphonyAI, Agrawal served as Manager – Analytics at Walmart from 2019 to 2022 in Bengaluru. In this role, he worked on retail data science initiatives and consumer insights, contributing to data-driven decision-making across the company’s operations.
Earlier in his career, he held leadership and technical roles at GE HealthCare, where he worked for over three years. During this period, he served as Senior Technical Project Manager and Business Analyst Technician, contributing to data analytics, project management and technology-driven solutions within the healthcare sector.
Agrawal also gained experience as a BI Developer at GE Capital, where he worked on business intelligence and analytics projects. Prior to that, he built his technical foundation with roles at Mindtree and Tata Consultancy Services, gaining experience in software engineering and analytics.
With more than 16 years of experience spanning data science, analytics and software engineering, Agrawal brings deep expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning along with a strong background in technical project management. In his new role at SymphonyAI, he will continue to lead the organisation’s data science mandate and support the development of AI-powered solutions for enterprise clients.
