Tinju Augustine has taken on a new strategic position at NTT DATA as Senior Director – Business Value, operating within the company’s Client Growth Office. In this role, he will lead complex, multi-tower and multi-million-dollar transformation pursuits, working closely with C-suite leaders to design technology-led initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes and create sustained enterprise value.
At NTT DATA, Tinju’s mandate aligns with the organisation’s “One-NTT” vision—bringing together its digital, consulting, and technology capabilities to help global enterprises navigate complexity and modernize with greater confidence.
He joins NTT DATA after an 11-year tenure at Adobe, where he held several leadership roles across digital transformation and customer advisory. Most recently, he served as Digital Transformation & Customer Advisory Practice Owner, where he drove go-to-market strategy, built customer engagement frameworks, and provided strategic advisory support to large enterprise clients across industries. His work involved close collaboration with CXOs, facilitating executive strategy sessions, and leading Adobe’s Global Expert Interventions program, contributing directly to sales pipeline impact and enterprise solution adoption.
Earlier at Adobe, Tinju led the Digital Strategy Practice, supporting organizations in leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud to advance customer-centric innovation and marketing transformation. He also played a key role within Adobe’s Digital Strategy & Personalization consulting team, developing solutions that combined personalization, web analytics, and conversion optimization.
Before joining Adobe, Tinju worked at Oracle as a Marketing & Account Management Specialist, advising senior IT leaders on digital transformation initiatives and supporting enterprise technology adoption. His career began at Infosys Technologies, where he started as a Software Engineer, building and optimizing digital retail experiences for global clients.
