In her new role, Tirumala will lead the company’s people and culture strategy across the Asia-Pacific and India regions, focusing on enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and leadership excellence to strengthen NTT DATA’s global workforce vision. Prior to this elevation, she served as Vice President – People & Culture, Corporate Communications & Branding at NTT DATA Business Solutions, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent agenda and brand identity.
Her career also includes senior HR leadership roles at Arete, SMBC Group Corporation (SMBC Group), and itelligence Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (an NTT DATA company). With a rich professional background spanning technology, consulting, and banking sectors, Tirumala has developed a deep understanding of global business dynamics, workforce transformation, and organizational change management.
Before taking on leadership roles at NTT DATA, Tirumala built her expertise through impactful tenures with renowned organizations such as FactSet Systems India Pvt. Ltd., Deloitte, Monster India Pvt.
