Varsha Saxena has taken on the role of Vice President – Global Transitions at Xceedance, a global provider of insurance-focused consulting, managed services, and technology solutions. In this leadership capacity, she will steer the organization’s global transition strategy, overseeing large-scale transformation initiatives, solution design, and seamless program migrations across markets.
Xceedance partners with insurers around the world to deliver operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth throughout the insurance value chain. Varsha’s appointment aligns with the company’s continued focus on strengthening its transition capabilities and enhancing delivery effectiveness for global clients.
Prior to joining Xceedance, Varsha built an extensive leadership portfolio across several globally recognized organizations. Most recently, she served as General Manager – Transitions at Cognizant, where she was responsible for driving complex global transition programs and enabling enterprise-wide change initiatives. Earlier, she held the position of Assistant Vice President – Transitions at Genpact and EXL, leading strategic migrations, operational transitions, and large-scale transformation engagements.
Her earlier career includes multiple leadership roles at MetLife, where she oversaw strategy, solutions, and migration programs, contributing to operational alignment and business transformation objectives. She began her professional journey with IGATE Global Solutions, laying the foundation for what would become more than two decades of experience in transitions, transformation, and insurance operations.
Across these organizations, Varsha has consistently led high-impact global transitions, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and driving execution excellence in complex, multi-geography environments. Her expertise spans strategy execution, agile methodologies, global delivery leadership, and operational transformation at scale.
Academically, Varsha holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Botany from Delhi University. Over the course of her career, she has combined strategic insight with operational depth, continuously evolving her leadership approach to meet the demands of global enterprises navigating change.
