Bringing nearly two decades of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, Kandhari has built a strong reputation for strategic marketing, customer development, and innovation. Prior to this, he spent over ten years at Mars, where he most recently held the position of Director – Marketing and Strategic Demand. During his tenure, he played a key role in scaling the company’s India operations. His career also includes a stint at Unilever, where he managed leading home and personal care brands across South Asian markets.
Wellbeing Nutrition’s decision to bring Kandhari on board underscores the brand’s ambition to solidify its position in India’s competitive health and wellness industry. A graduate of Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, and an MBA from MICA | The School of Ideas, Kandhari is widely recognized for his consumer-centric approach and expertise in brand building.
