Mumbai: Vibhash Naik joins as CHRO of HDFC Bank today. Hemoved after a nearly 14-year long stint with HDFC Life.

Mr. Naik is an old hand to the HDFC family, his previous stint being the CHRO for HDFCLife. During his 14-year association with the company, he played a key role in building a technology-driven people ecosystem aimed at enhancing employee experience, streamlining processes, and fostering a collaborative culture across the organisation.

Prior to HDFC Life, he held leadership and specialist roles at Lehman Brothers, ReligareMacquarie Wealth Management, Tata Interactive, and Atos Origin, where he led and implemented transformative HR initiatives across diverse industries and business environments.
Mr. Naik holds a master’s degree in Labour Studies from the University of Mumbai.
