With over 25 years of international experience, Vijay brings a strong background in digital strategy, consultative selling, and large-scale transformation engagements. His career spans key leadership roles across top-tier technology and consulting firms, where he has consistently led high-value deals and complex, multi-service digital initiatives.
Prior to joining Hitachi Digital Services, Vijay served as the Global Head – Solutions and Offerings at Randstad Digital. In this role, he was instrumental in shaping the company’s digital value proposition and go-to-market strategies. He has also held senior positions at LTIMindtree, Cognizant, and IBM, where he led client-focused transformation programs across diverse industries and geographies.
Vijay’s expertise lies in orchestrating end-to-end digital solutions that align closely with business outcomes. He is particularly skilled in driving consultative sales engagements, formulating scalable growth strategies, and building C-suite relationships.
