Xpressbees, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider, has appointed Mohit Sardana as Chief Executive Officer – B2C, where he will oversee and drive the company’s entire B2C operations. In his new role, Mohit is tasked with scaling operations, enhancing customer experiences, and unlocking new growth opportunities within India’s rapidly expanding B2C ecosystem.
Mohit brings over 20 years of experience in business strategy, operational leadership, and digital transformation. Prior to joining Xpressbees, he served as COO at Zomato’s food delivery business and was a key member of the leadership team at Blinkit Commerce Private Limited, contributing significantly to operational efficiency and growth. Earlier in his career, Mohit held important roles at MakeMyTrip (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where he focused on driving business growth and operational excellence across large-scale enterprises.
Mohit holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia. Beyond his professional commitments, he is passionate about travelling, sports, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
