Eat Better Co, the clean-label snacking brand that gained national attention on Shark Tank India, has announced a strategic partnership with Unicommerce, a leading e-commerce enablement platform. The collaboration aims to enhance the startup’s digital operations and scale its quick commerce fulfilment capabilities.
The announcement follows Eat Better Co’s ₹17 crore (approx. $2 million) pre-Series A funding round in April 2025, co-led by Prath Ventures and Spring Marketing Capital, with participation from existing backers.
Founded in 2020 by Mridula, Vidushi, and Shaurya Kanoria, Eat Better Co offers a range of health-conscious snacks—including dry fruit laddoos, roasted namkeens, and nut-seed mixes—designed to blend taste, tradition, and wellness.
As part of the partnership, Eat Better Co will implement Unicommerce’s multi-channel order and warehouse management systems, enabling the brand to manage orders across its D2C website, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms through a centralised dashboard. The integrated solution will help the company automate key functions such as order processing and inventory tracking, resulting in faster and more accurate deliveries.
Unicommerce’s Uniware platform will also allow Eat Better Co to synchronise inventory across warehouses in real time, helping it avoid stockouts, manage supply more efficiently, and optimise underperforming stock.
Speaking about the collaboration, Shaurya Kanoria, Founder of Eat Better Co, said:
“We are thrilled to partner with Unicommerce as we work to expand our reach and meet the demands of a growing, health-conscious customer base. Their robust technology solutions will help streamline our operations, ensuring quicker deliveries and a superior customer experience, which are critical to our growth journey.”
Kapil Makhija, MD & CEO of Unicommerce, added:
“The healthy snacks market is witnessing remarkable growth, driven by a shift toward mindful consumption as highlighted in our recent industry report. Eat Better’s innovative approach aligns perfectly with this trend. Given the continued surge in sales across quick commerce channels, we are excited to provide the technological pivot for them to streamline their quick commerce operations and scale effortlessly, reduce costs, helping them meet evolving customer expectations with speed and efficiency.”
Unicommerce currently serves over 10,000 brands and 7,000+ clients across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, with marquee clients including Mamaearth, Lenskart, FabIndia, boAt, and Urban Company.
