Ivar Gonsalves has been appointed as the Chief Information Technology Security Officer (CITSO) at TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited, marking a significant elevation in his professional journey and a strategic move by the organization to reinforce its commitment to robust cybersecurity and digital governance.
Ivar has been an integral part of TATA AIG’s technology evolution, having previously held leadership roles as Chief Manager – IT and Senior Manager – Information Technology. Prior to his tenure at TATA AIG, Ivar served as Senior Administrator – Network & Security at Microland Limited, where he was responsible for managing critical network and security operations specifically for the TATA AIG account. His experience during this period gave him an in-depth understanding of the organization’s technology landscape and operational intricacies, allowing him to seamlessly transition into internal leadership roles.
With over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise cybersecurity, and risk management, Ivar brings to his new role a rich blend of technical proficiency and strategic foresight.
