His most notable tenure was at Aristocrat Gaming, where he served as Country HR Head for more than a decade. During this time, he played a pivotal role in scaling the business by nurturing talent, strengthening leadership pipelines, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Prior to Aristocrat, he held key HR roles at Aricent and HCLTech, where he contributed to core HR functions including performance management, leadership development, and employee retention across global teams. His expertise spans both established corporations and fast-growing tech environments, making him well-suited to navigate the dynamic needs of the gaming sector.
An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier institutions for human resource management, Vaibhav is also a certified leadership coach.
