LTIMindtree delivered an impressive start to the financial year, reporting an 11.2% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) increase in net profit to ₹1,254.6 crore for the first quarter. The company’s revenue reached ₹9,840.6 crore, marking a 0.7% rise QoQ and 7.6% growth year-on-year (YoY). Alongside this growth, LTIMindtree enhanced its operating margin by 50 basis points, reaching 14.3%, reflecting stronger operational efficiency.
“We had a promising start to the year delivering broad-based growth, expanding margins, and making significant progress on our strategic priorities,” stated Venu Lambu, CEO & MD. He attributed this positive performance to a combination of sales transformation, AI adoption, and operational discipline.
The company concluded the quarter with a robust client base of 741 active customers and a workforce totaling 83,889 employees. LTIMindtree secured several notable contracts across diverse sectors, including an AI-driven IT mandate from a global agribusiness giant and a digital tax modernization project for an overseas government.
LTIMindtree’s growing influence in the AI domain was further highlighted by multiple partner awards received during the quarter. The company was recognised by Google as ‘Partner of the Year’, honoured by Microsoft for ‘Diversity in Security’, and acknowledged by Amazon Web Services (AWS) for its contributions to the GenAI program. Additionally, LTIMindtree earned accolades from Snowflake, Databricks, and Boomi, underscoring its strong momentum in AI-powered digital transformation.
