Trading Technologies, a global provider of cutting-edge trading software, infrastructure, and data solutions, has appointed Yogesh Ramdasani as People Strategy & Operations Director for the Asia Pacific region, effective immediately. This strategic leadership role is key to the company’s regional growth plans, especially its expansion in India, and underscores its commitment to building a strong, people-first culture across APAC.
With over 14 years of experience in human resources across the energy, infrastructure, and large-scale project sectors, Yogesh brings a proven track record in organizational development, culture transformation, talent strategy, and leadership pipeline development. At Trading Technologies, he will focus on shaping and executing a forward-looking people strategy that supports business growth and employee engagement across diverse markets in the region.
His core responsibilities will include building the employer brand, strengthening campus partnerships, enhancing the employee value proposition, and developing a sustainable talent pipeline. While the operations team will continue to manage day-to-day HR delivery, Yogesh will lead the strategic design of people initiatives, aimed at fostering collaboration, agility, and high performance across the organization.
Before joining Trading Technologies, Yogesh spent over a decade at the Adani Group, where he held senior HR positions, including Lead – HR & Administration at Adani Enterprises Ltd., and Head of Human Resources at Adani Total Private Limited. In these roles, he led end-to-end HR functions across multi-location businesses, contributed to leadership development programs, and implemented robust performance and workforce strategies.
He also played a pivotal role in HR technology transformation as part of the Group HR Technology Team, where he helped roll out Oracle Fusion HRMS impacting tens of thousands of employees. His early career with Adani Ports and SEZ involved helping centralize HR functions and supporting the rapid expansion of port operations across India.
Yogesh’s appointment was made possible through the support of Melissa Stasko Waitz, with onboarding facilitated by Elizabeth Labno, Simi, and Amresh, and a warm welcome from Stacey Roschel, SPHR, Richard Whitfield MCIPD, and Lucas Vime-Olive.
