
Karix has announced the elevation of Sriram Vinjamuri to the role of Chief Customer Officer, marking a strategic move to strengthen its customer-centric growth in enterprise communication. Bringing with him over 25 years of leadership experience across the telecom, FMCG, and cloud communications sectors, Sriram will now lead Karix’s customer strategy, experience, and growth efforts both in India and globally.
Sriram transitions into this new role after holding key leadership positions at Tanla Platforms Limited Solutions Ltd, where he served as both Chief Customer Officer and Chief Operating Officer. During his time at Tanla, he played a pivotal role in shaping global cloud communication strategies and successfully managed portfolios in messaging, voice, and IoT. His contributions helped drive innovation and expand the company’s footprint in the digital communication landscape.
“His extensive background in driving global cloud communication initiatives, combined with a strong operational track record, positions him well to further elevate customer engagement at Karix,” the company noted.
Sriram’s career began in the FMCG sector with Nestlé India, followed by leadership positions at BPL Limited and Bharti Airtel. At Tata Teleservices Ltd, he served as Vice President & COO for the Consumer Business in South India, where he led large-scale operations, introduced customer-focused programs, and delivered significant business growth.
Throughout his career, Sriram has been recognized for achieving operational excellence and building strong customer ecosystems. His cross-industry expertise and deep understanding of market dynamics have enabled him to successfully lead organizations through periods of transformation and growth.
In his new capacity at Karix, Sriram will be responsible for enhancing the overall customer experience and driving strategies that contribute to long-term business value. His appointment comes at a time when Karix is focused on consolidating its position as a leader in enterprise communication solutions across various industries.
